Week 47 Compilation Board!
Week Forty Seven in a snapshot 🙂
329 days down, 36 to go…
Day 325 – Watercolour Pencil Fairy
Using a newly re-discovered material of watercolour pencils, I couldn’t resist playing around and sketching today’s fairy before using a wet paintbrush to blend the colours.
Day 300 – Doodle Fairy
Drawn using a fineliner in my sketchbook, today’s fairy is a collection of lots of little fairies, slightly overlapping.
Day 296 – Gel Pen Fairy
Drawn using gold and silver gel pen in my sketchbook. The gold pen ran out halfway through drawing her face (!), so I finished it off using bronze and yellow glittery gel pens.
Day 289 – Builder Fairy
To celebrate my nephew’s birthday today I have drawn a builder fairy. My nephew loves being a builder and helping out with “builder” work.
Day 283 – Circular Outline Fairy
I drew today’s fairy gently in pencil in my sketchbook. I then proceeded to draw circles in varying sizes around the outline.
Day 277 – Pink Pencil Fairy
For today’s fairy, I drew the outline in black fineliner before gluing on some pencil sharpenings from a pink pencil for her dress and wings.
Day 257 – Flamenco Fairy
Drawn to celebrate a special birthday today. I decided to go with a Spanish theme of a flamenco dancer.
Drawn with a fine HB pencil and coloured softly with colouring pencils.
Day 248 – Pirate Fairy
To celebrate my nephew’s birthday today, and to stay in line with the theme of the majority of his presents, I created a pirate fairy.
I painted a whole page of my A5 sketchbook using navy blue acrylic paint and used the brush to add texture. Once dry, I drew a silhouette of a fairy on the reverse and cut it out using scissors.
